Terms and Conditions of Sale - Building Products
These terms and conditions apply to all sales of fibre cement building boards, accessories and related fibre cement products, within New Zealand, by James Hardie New Zealand Limited, unless otherwise agreed in writing with the buyer. A buyer who submits an order to James Hardie agrees to transact on these terms.
