Featuring Linea™ Weatherboard by James Hardie, the Long Bay showhome is influenced in style by houses from the Bungalow era with battened gable end features, louvred shutters and a steep corrugated Colorsteel roof. The colour scheme is neutral, with a white, grey and river stone influenced palette.

Manufactured from fibre cement, Linea™ Weatherboard can be painted any colour, even the darker shades, as it won’t warp in the sun – a key reason it is used across the range by Signature Homes.
